Sidekick is steroids for your sales team
Prospecting, connecting, and engaging with potential leads is critical to maintaining an expanding your business. But this takes time away from tasks that urgently demand your attention.
A good CRM (customer relationship management) software can help, but it can also fall short in terms of helping you reach out to potential leads. HubSpot has recently launched a good solution for this problem with Sidekick.
Sidekick is HubSpot’s sales acceleration solution. The product is a rebrand and relaunch of their Signal tool, but with new additional features. Sidekick is a browser and email extension that makes prospecting, connecting and engaging with potential leads intuitive. It gives you the context you need to sell better and faster.
It can be used as a standalone product, or integrated with HubSpot’s CRM tool. It also works with Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail.
Live notifications so you don’t miss a beat
Sidekick’s real-time notifications tell you when, where, and how prospects are engaging with you by tell you when they open or click your emails, visit your website, and by which device they have arrived. For each contact, you can see a professional history, contact information, where they live, any mutual contacts you may have, your email history, and more.
You can also view information about a contact’s company, right from your inbox, including: location, number of employees, revenue, industry, key contacts, and more. This allows you to instantly get an overview of who you’re dealing with, without leaving your inbox/browser.
Soon, Sidekick will be able to schedule email. It will allow you to easily schedule emails to be sent in the future, send reminders to yourself, or simply make sure your recipient receives the email at a time when you know they are available. This, again, allows you to reach clients at an optimal time, allowing you to expand your influence and reach.
Whether you are looking to add transparency to email conversations, or focused on retaining and gaining clients, Sidekick may be a good place to start.

Hubspot is Tech’s most profoudnly dishonest company.
They say “hey, use our ish and you won’t have to hire salespeople.”
But, but, but.
They only GREW TO THE SIZE THEY DID WHEN THEY MADE A MASSIVE SALES HIRE.
