ADJ boasts over 46,000 members – our quarterly events attract hundreds of qualified candidates. Details are below.
We hand pick employers that we know will not only be a good fit for our wildly qualified candidate pool, but employers that we know will get a good return on their investment. We don’t just work with anyone.
We limit the number of booths, all sponsors are equal. No Platinum/Gold levels – we’re all in this together!
Here is what’s in it for you:
(a) Designated spot at the event – send up to six people from your team, some swag, and be prepared to chat with tons of quality candidates! Feel free to bring stand up banners, celebrity cutouts, glow sticks, etc.
(b) Links to two of your job openings will be featured on the event ticketing page.
(c) Your logo and link are featured on the ticketing page.
(d) Event partners have special neon badges at the mixer that candidates are told to look out for at sign in.
(e) Inclusion in our PPT presentation on all venue TVs where possible.
(f) We’ll consider any creative ideas you may have!
Let’s see if we’re a fit for our quarterly events!
You already have great tools at hand to reach job seekers, but you won’t reach the most desirable talent – the qualified folks that are already employed, the people that are only looking passively. They don’t use job search sites, they don’t go out of their way to search.
They’re in ADJ. We have spent years refining the formula to keep people around, and 50% of our members are employed, yet stick around in our community even when not actively searching.
You simply won’t find that anywhere else.
Here’s an example of one simple but well done employer booth from a past event.

1. Qualified candidates
Last quarter, more than half of all employers involved at the ADJ Recruiting Mixer said this was the most qualified pool they’ve ever seen at an event. Austin has a glut of entry-level talent, and we’ve worked hard to attract senior level talent that typically avoids events. It’s one of the only events in town that offers all talent levels, not just new grads.
2. Diversity and inclusion
If your company is putting any effort into diversity and inclusion, ADJ is your secret weapon. We skew more female than male, and our ecosystem has fostered inclusion unlike others that offer the same ol’ same ol’. Because we are purposefully inclusive and people can be people in ADJ, we attract folks from all walks of life and tell them in advance that partner companies want to meet them, so long as they’re skilled (I mean look at these fancy faces!).
3. Branding and marketing
Your marketing department may want to be involved, as we are willing to mold promotions in your image. For example, one company approached us seeking for all of our Facebook status updates about them to include that their company is famous for being best in class in what they do. Another wanted all updates to note that they’re dedicated to diversity and inclusion, putting them ahead of the pack. Branding at such a big huge giant event, with such respected brands, is a massive benefit to being involved!
4. To be next to trusted brands (see just some of their logos by scrolling up)!
