1. Qualified candidates
Last quarter, more than half of all employers involved at the ADJ Recruiting Mixer said this was the most qualified pool they’ve ever seen at an event. Austin has a glut of entry-level talent, and we’ve worked hard to attract senior level talent that typically avoids events. It’s one of the only events in town that offers all talent levels, not just new grads.
2. Diversity and inclusion
If your company is putting any effort into diversity and inclusion, ADJ is your secret weapon. We skew more female than male, and our ecosystem has fostered inclusion unlike others that offer the same ol’ same ol’. Because we are purposefully inclusive and people can be people in ADJ, we attract folks from all walks of life and tell them in advance that partner companies want to meet them, so long as they’re skilled (I mean look at these fancy faces!).
3. Branding and marketing
Your marketing department may want to be involved, as we are willing to mold promotions in your image. For example, one company approached us seeking for all of our Facebook status updates about them to include that their company is famous for being best in class in what they do. Another wanted all updates to note that they’re dedicated to diversity and inclusion, putting them ahead of the pack. Branding at such a big huge giant event, with such respected brands, is a massive benefit to being involved!
