Lessons from MA
The change in Massachusetts blew through with huge intensity this past week. To be sure there are some very specific NON political lessons that we can learn from that election. Will we be ready? Are we even paying attention to anything but the political ramifications? How many in real estate are standing pat by while a big wind of change bears down on them?
It’s now crystal clear that the speed of change can be enormous across any industry including ours. In Massachusetts the political race turned in a VERY short 30 day window. In real estate who will be ready for huge change….and who will become the Martha Coakleys of our business generation?
