Imagine if you are a big box broker and your highest volume of clients are relocation clients into your city. If you’re a major broker in Austin, you could have interactive, eye-catching billboards inside the airport terminal in the month of March (during SXSWi which is a major international attraction).

Perhaps your interactive billboard wouldn’t be color-sensitive, perhaps it would change pictures of your listings with each passing person- can you imagine if a motion sensitive billboard caught your eye?

Maybe a billboard in a high traffic mall that was color sensitive to capture as many eyes and keep as many people on your sign as possible would land you on YouTube, blogs and the like and exponentially grow your visibility.

What creative ways can you think of to implement an interactive billboard or what ways do you wish your national broker would?
