Changes at Google
Although select users have been able to test the new look and new features since November, Google officially rolls out their new look to all users today which adds simple navigation features.
Google search now features “contextually relevant, left-hand navigation to the page.” The panel allows users to refine their searches according to content type, publication date and relevance. Called “Universal Search,” the panel suggests genres of results.
Other changes include a logo modification, color palette change, yet sticks with the comfortable user interface with lots of white space.
