Realtor-centric iPad app
While there are many real estate tools built for the iPad to serve Realtors, Imprev is announcing today what they believe to be the first iPad app for Realtors. The presentation tool was built exclusively for RE/MAX and will be unveiled today that the National Association of Realtors annual conference on the expo floor which opens at 4:00pm.
RE/MAX Presenter features autorotation and swiping, and provides agents with a “visually powerful presentation” for prospective home sellers, using full-color, high definition photos, a feature lacking on many Realtor-centric apps.
How the iPad app works
Kevin Hawkins, Senior Director of Corporate Communications and Marketing of Imprev told AGBeat, “How it works is really cool: a RE/MAX agent already has all their contact info, photo, company logo, etc. in the RE/MAX Design Center, which is also powered by Bellevue-based Imprev. After a few clicks, they have built a personalized listing presentation with their branding, ready for importing into their iPad. To show the presentation, all they do is open the app and their new presentation is ready to download (WiFi or 3G). Now they can sit at the kitchen table and make a very impressive and intimate presentation, sitting side-by-side with their prospective home seller. The iPad brings them physically closer to their customer. It is simple to use and impressive to see.”
