Do I need one more App?
Every time I turn around I find yet another application that helps update or keep track of Twitter, and more than a few that do so for Facebook. Today I stumbled on the Alpha release of Sobee’s bDule. I had to update my .NET software and it’s as much of a memory hog as TweetDeck; but it’s got a clean and easy to use interface for keeping up with multiple Twitter and Facebook accounts. It also allows you to customize how it aggregates and is very easy to use.
But wait, there’s more!
I’ve narrowed my social media appetite to mainly Twitter and Facebook, so the bDule works just fine for me. Sobee’s full desktop application will also allow you to add Facebook, Twitter, Friendfeed, YouTube, Flickr, News and RSS Feeds, plus a lot more. So much more that I find it a bit overwhelming – but you can control how many platforms you want. It’s worth a look-see.

Matt, the world has been abuzz about Seesmic’s new destop app that aggregates Twitter and FB but this one intrigues me because it also aggregates RSS feeds which is *crucial* for me- great find!

Matthew,
I will check it out. Now please find me an app that saves all the great links that I see on Twitter and mean to go and check and then forget . . .

Matthew – You may NOT need one more app after this find, but guarantee there will always be another just around the corner. I’m going to try this out; to have all my accounts aggregated in one place is quite enticing.

Matthew – This looks awesome , as long as it isn’t MORE of a memory hog than tweetdeck – I can handle that much pain, but somewhere there has to be a way to keep track of everything without needing to dedicate all of your resources to following your friends!
