Twitter Background Settings Now Offer ColourLovers Themes

ColourLovers + ColorSchemer = New Twitter Palettes

Although we recommend having a custom background for your Twitter page (as it is highly valuable web real estate in which you can direct visitors to your site or tell them more about yourself), the next best thing is customizing your profile page according to your corporate colors.

If you’re creatively challenged, the new ColourLovers merge with ColorSchemer is perfect for you- the new “themeleon” option now found in your Twitter design settings offers color palettes and designs for your Twitter background and profile.

Some of the options are kind of silly (just like any design offering to the public), but the option I like best is the preset color palettes which we’ve been using on ColourLovers for web design and marketing projects for some time.

Most of all, what I like about this merger is that the themes offered do not feature a bunch of tacky watermarks with their brand all over it which is very refreshing.
