As real estate search site, HotPads.com has grown over the years, it has remained simple and intuitive and their recent revamp brings more options and features to their users.
With a richer interface and new features like analytics for listings, inquiries sent and contact info, it is now more user friendly. What is most exciting to us, however is HotPads’ heat maps (one of which we featured here on AG) and their creative ideas for mapping.
HotPads is ad supported, so users don’t pay to add listings to their growing site. According to Compete.com data, their web traffic has increased over 400% and is trending up with what looks to be one million monthly visitors soon.
According to Alexa.com, HotPads users’ time on the site is competitive and in some cases beat the big boys like Realtor.com, Trulia and Zillow.
