Real estate video showcase
We’ve been highlighting real estate photographers and videographers and today share with you HomeVideoTour.com which stands out to us for several reasons. The above video is a recent upload of theirs and we talked a little about their process.
They service the San Francisco Bay area, led by John Perkins who spent years as a Realtors prior to launching his home tour company, so he knows the laws and all about fair housing, plus he has experience in getting homes sold. That sounds like a pretty big advantage.
Videos utilize Google Maps and custom music and voiceovers are either scripted by the customer or HVT can do it for the agent. They syndicate to the major real estate search sites upon request and each video tour has a unique URL where they host the video which can be branded and always shows property data immediately to the right.
It has taken Perkins a few years to launch, but the final product is looking pretty good.
