Finally a reason to use AdWords
We’ve talked for some time on AG about AdWords from how to set up a campaign to manage one effectively and this week, Google announced a major change in the AdWords platform that adds value to real estate agents nationally- they’ve added user location targeting.
For AdWords clients looking to advertise locally, they now offer “location extensions” which work by allowing you to “dynamically return relevant business addresses with your clients’ text ads based on a user’s location and search terms.” Google claims to make this process simple with a quick six step process.
With 87% of buyers beginning their home search online and that number growing, do you think it’s worthwhile having even a small targeted AdWords campaign for your brokerage or even a specific listing?
