Realtor tech tip – your phone tells you about your client

Share

Imagine you’re in the car on the way to meet a new client that you met online. Imagine you’ve had a few emails back and forth and you realize you don’t know what your client looks like and Starbucks is just around the corner, yikes!

In steps Noteleaf which ten minutes before your meeting is going to send a text to your smartphone with a link to your your client’s face, employer, college, and even the most recent emails you’ve passed back and forth, all because you said “meeting with [insert client name] at 11:00am at Starbucks Arboretum” on your Google Calendar. All for free. Aaaahhhh (that’s the sound of the clouds parting and angels singing).

I tried it out and because it is linked to my phone, Google and LinkedIn, I added “11:30pm call Gwen Banta” and at 11:20pm, Noteleaf sent my Android a link that showed me what she looked like, her LinkedIn profile laid out in a simple interface that included the last emails we’ve swapped.

I love this new toy! It automatically knew who Gwen was just because she was on my Google Calendar and we’ve emailed! Take THAT, people who walk around Starbucks saying, “are you Jim? Are YOU Jim? I’m looking for Jim” as their client snickers in the background.

It took 30 seconds to set up:
