ClientTickler seeks to simplify life

Finding an accessible and relevant CRM system can be more tedious than keeping all your records by hand. It can be difficult to find one that fits all of your needs. Unlimited Tasks and Records – Instead of only being able to keep records for a few clients before having to upgrade your account, ClientTickler allows unlimited tasks and records. You’ll never have to upgrade for more space. You can create tasks, activities, employee requests, client communications, or whatever else you need. You can even set up customized lists for your clients based on the type of business or the type of business relationship you have with them.

Calendar Feature – ClientTickler will create a daily calendar with all of your tasks, activities, and communications. This will better enable you and your employees to never miss a deadline or opportunity to improve client relations. This also ensures that everyone at your business is on the same page so no client or task gets overlooked or forgotten. The calendar feature keeps you organized and on-task, as you can see exactly what needs to get done on any given day.

Automatic Tracking – If a task doesn’t get done by its deadline, it will automatically be incorporated into the next day’s calendar of tasks, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Each task is color coordinated, and ones that are past due will be highlighted in red until it gets done, alerting your team that it is a priority. If a task isn’t completed on time, ClientTickler will send notifications to you so you’re aware and you can assign the appropriate person to complete it.

Reports – You can build customized reports, including reports by task, employee, and even due dates. See the information you need and that is beneficial to you at that time. This makes invoicing that much easier, as these reports can be exported to Excel.

ClientTickler’s user interface may not be sexy in comparison to other CRM programs, but its functionality is concise and focused.
