I was Twittering away when Jeff Turner mentioned Into TheBox.tv and I HAD to share this with you. I’ve been dying to do real estate videos but I am petrified because first, I don’t know what I’m doing – second, I can’t talk on camera – third, my editing skills suck.Into TheBox.tv is up there in my list – Rachel Natalie Klein looks like someone I could hang out with and it doesn’t hurt that she is a former on-air reporter and the camera loves her. So Rachel, come down to Miami and we will have a great time!
To the point at hand. Take a look at this video that tears some real estate videos apart – Best of the Bad.
We can sit there and laugh about them, or take the constructive criticism. (now I am really afraid to attempt the video thing) although Rick does well in camera.

Jen – I have watched it 5 times and I laugh harder each time – it’s too good. I’m still dancing to the Trump Beat and my favorite quote was:

After seeing the two gentlemen from Virginia I am certain that my southern accent would not play well on video. I would just give everyone a good laugh.

Mack – my Latin accent may not be a bad thing, but I’m still scared…..unless of course I had an editing team that knows what they are doing.
Chris – you can watch it over and over and it doesn’t get old.
Try to find “beer with bloggers” and you’ll see Jeff Turner chugging a beer.

Laurie, rudy has been asking me to do videos around Miami and I keep them goofy because I don’t have the equipment nor the editing means.

I think my Spanish/Venezuelan accent would add a little spice to the equation. IMHO, Raches Natalie Klein has a pretty cool accent herself, don’t you think?
