2008 NAR Buyer/Seller Profile Announced

Share

In August 2008, the National Association of Realtors received questionnaire results from 10,053 home buyers and sellers who transacted between July 2007-June 2008 which resulted in the 2008 NAR Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers. The most surprising result is that first-time buyers have risen in market share and say they plan to own their homes longer than buyers in the past.

I’ve bullet-pointed the report for you since it’s really really long, so click here to check it all out– the study presented a LOT of surprises, so make sure to read it so you know what’s going on in the wonderful world of real estate.
