Comparing LoopNet and CoStar demographics and traffic stats

Comparing to CRE giants

Commercial real estate sites CoStar.com and LoopNet have very similar user demographics, but CREoutsider created a simple infographic outlining the differences in interests of the site users given the similarities in their demographics.

Granted the CREoutsider is no graphic designer and the clip art is vomit worthy, the graphic is very interesting and leads one to believe that perhaps LoopNet users are more sophisticated (although it is up to interpretation), but on the other hand, CoStar appears to have more regulars and addicts than LoopNet, so they both have some advantages and disadvantages.

The real differences:

    I'll admit I'm not a graphic designer…but vomit worthy clip art? A little harsh, perhaps?
