AirSharing app removes need for Flash drives

AirSharing app – brilliant

App developers, Avatron.com created the “Air Display” app that turns an iPad into a second monitor for a Mac or PC, and “Air Dictate” which uses Siri technology to dictate notes to your Mac simply using your voice on your iPhone – in real time.

The third app available from the creators is “Air Sharing” which makes an iPad or an iPhone an external drive. The idea of using your existing device instead of a Flash drive is much easier for anyone who works on the go.

With AirSharing, you can view files, search PDFs, view slide shows and bookmarks, you can access the cloud from anywhere and view documents on Google Docs, Dropbox, MobileMe iDisk, Box.net, FTP, Box.net, WebDAV, IMAP & POP3 mail servers, SSH, and more.

Perhaps the most brilliant feature of the app is that you can print your files directly from your iPhone with no special software to download. The app is available on iPhone, iPad or one download that is universal for both. Avatron has become well known for their genius in turning iPhones and iPads into tools that boost productivity and improve mobile work life.
