My head is spinning. If you’ve been following my Twitter stream, you’ll know that I just got back from Austin, where I spent the past week rocking the F out of the annual South By Southwest Interactive conference.
Not only did I get to spend some time with our beloved ringleaders, Benn and Lani, I got to brag about the AgentGenius community with the WHO’S WHO of Technology & Social Media & I’ll tell you, people KNOW who we are. They KNOW that we GET IT. Times are changing, the revolution is here & guess what YOU’RE PART OF IT!
How freakin cool is that?
I’m really looking forward to sharing more of my experiences with you over the next few weeks.

Was it not the craziest thing talking to people unaffiliated with real estate that knew who we were and knew that agent genius is made up of people that are the alternative to the traditional brokerage 1.0 way of thought? I was blown away at how far reaching this site truly is- we’ve got such an awesome group here!
P.S: It was a lot of fun meeting you, we looked hella good out on the town!

That video will get you tremendous response. It’s absolutely congruent with your ongoing message. This site is incredibly consistent and congruent, which is what your target audience will most surely appreciate.
Nobody stays on message like you do.

Fun seeing Gil Scott Heron after all these years, but he could not have been more wrong. The essence of a coup de etat, by now, is the capture of the broadcasting facilities. And yet the real revolution we are witnessing is a consequence of the decentralization and disintermediation of all sources of power. The revolution will not be televised? No. The revolution is 3 billion channels of information.

“The revolution will put YOU in the driver’s seat”
More and more so each day – I love this idea of freedom
Last night I had a long talk over dinner with a mentoring agent who has been in the business for 24 years. He has always managed to keep in control of his own brand identity as an agent in Real Estate a be very successful. It can be a frightening thing to push forward the boundaries of freedom in your business practices and not stay attached to failing structures of old model practices. I’m proud to say I’m in good company on and off line with pioneers of the idea of keeping current with revolutionary changes. The changes we are seeing today in RE are both meaningful and complex. Thanks for taking us along to SXSW Andy — 2008 is stacking up to be a firecracker of a year.

Greg is right.
The revolution will not be televised.
It will be all over YouTube et al.
