Inexpensive rental units
Many rentals never make it to a real estate search site and many are not marked as seeking a roommate or sublet and various cities have different rental standards and unit types. There are some amazing deals out there right now even though rents are on the rise. We took a look at the least expensive listing in the top ten largest cities in America, but because of the jumbled mess that is New York City, it was eliminated from the list.
We reported on the ten most expensive rental units listed across the states yesterday and the giant mansion in Los Angeles for $195,000 per month is so far different from the tiny units listed below, all for under $1,000 – the range available in any market is not shocking but is intriguing.
