The c-suite is changing as the giant baby boomer generation begins retiring and everyone in the food chain takes a step up, meaning some point to a shift in communication as a major result. Although we would argue that a large portion of social CEOs today are baby boomers, the point remains that social networks are increasingly used in business with one CEO has banned email for his 80,000 employees, pushing them into a more workflow-centric internal social network.
