E-mail gets a facelift

Technology has revolutionized the workplace over the last decade. Email in particular has become one of the most basic work functions, allowing for quick communication between coworkers and outside parties. Entire workdays can be consumed answering emails at your desk! While webinars, web software, and other workplace technologies have evolved drastically over the last few years, email hasn’t changed much despite its significance.

CloudMagic gives email a modern twist

Luckily, email users now have the flexibility to compose and respond to emails from home on their tablet or smart phone – CloudMagic. The makers of the CloudMagic app sought to build upon this capability and give email a modern facelift for Apple and Android users.

CloudMagic first launched in 2013, and received a Webby award to honor its innovative design in the next year. Indeed, CloudMagic’s sleek design makes it easy and fun to use for its millions of users worldwide.

Communicate more effectively

In terms of great work features, CloudMagic has two main advantages. First is the app’s ability to share contacts within a group of people. The user can invite people to join their team, and contact information will automatically be shared between team members. You can easily search to find people that your group members have been in contact with. This function allows coworkers to avoid sending multiple, overlapping emails to clients, and makes it easy to see if anyone in your company has contacts at an outside organization.

CloudMagic’s second awesome work-related function is the ability to integrate your email with other apps on your device, and syncs to all devices. Any application that helps you manage your workload, like Evernote, OneNote, and Todoist, can be utilized and enhanced with CloudMagic. Users can easily save emails or files to any of these apps, and attach files from other applications into their emails. Manage all your work from your tablet or phone without losing valuable information, while seamlessly utilizing multiple apps.

The email app also has basic functions that allow users to customize their account signature, get push notifications, and remotely wipe your data in case your device goes missing. For anyone with Google, Exchange, Yahoo, Outlook, iCloud, or IMAP email accounts, the free CloudMagic is be a great resource. As technology continues to advance in this technology age, CloudMagic has paved the way for the continual evolution of email.
