Don’t just track, actually forecast your finances

This morning, we shared a variety of Android and iPhone apps to help Realtors prepare for tax day and thought we should take it a little further by sharing a web tool that helps you forecast your finances.

Real estate professionals are the consummate small business and predicting your finances is a responsible way of getting a leg up on your competition because let’s face it, most Realtors don’t do financial forecasting and of those that do, so many do it based on a hunch.

Enter PocketSmith, a New Zealand tech company built to track your current finances in order to help you with your forecasting. There is a free option, and their most super duper expensive option is only $12.00 per month which is more than reasonable.

PocketSmith is a “crystal ball” for your finances and is a web based calendar that can be connected with Google Calendar, to Outlook, to your iPhone or iCal so it even works on the go.

AG is not affiliated with PocketSmith.
