Many of you already follow this site, but in talking to a real estate blogger yesterday, I realized not everyone might be checking out Positive Real Estate News.
Take a second to go visit and read articles like “Mortgage Applications Increase” and more- it is great to have something at the end of the spectrum opposing the bubble blog phenomena.

Look, with all the bubble bloggers and even regular real estate bloggers ranting about what failures they and their markets are, it’s nice to round out the spectrum with optimism and not the “Hi, I’m Bobby from the NAR PR department, paid to make sure the message is controlled” way.
