Setting yourself apart
Finding the right logo for your business can be absolutely exhausting. As a writer, I wanted a logo that looked professional, but set me apart from other writers in a memorable way and I suspect that is the goal of a logo for many companies as well: differentiation.
While a logo should be a reflection of the person or business it represents, often times we draw a blank when trying to think of a viable design. This is where the new logo generation tool Withoomph can help.
Withoomph can give you a starting point to get your creative juices flowing. Simply enter your company name and a brief description of your business, using keywords and withoomph will generate a dozen or so logo variations based on your information. When I entered my name for the company and freelance writer for keywords, I received several different designs that suited my industry quite well. Of course you may not like them all, but chances are you will find several that you do like.
Already have a logo? Here are other ways to use this tool
Even if you already have an existing logo, you can use the withoomph generator for a variety of projects; from webinars you host, to projects you are working on, tailored images can come in handy and this is a quick way to get you headed in the right direction. These images could also be useful for social marketing campaigns and Pinterest users, as these two areas frequently need multiple and variated images.
Withoomph is a good place to start whether you are looking for an original logo design, or an additional one to supplement your online or print marketing campaigns. It is also a good starting point for brainstorming. You may very well find a design that is perfect for your business, but you may also find designs that lead you off into a creative frenzy of designing your own logo; either way Withoomph is a useful tool to pull out when needed.

Nice article, Jennifer. This looks like a great tool for new companies that don’t have a lot of time or a large budget. Being part of a logo design company, I am a little biased but I would say that for a little extra money, there’s nothing like hiring a graphic designer to create your mark. A good designer will think about your business, and sketch, and come up with beautiful options that that are customized for your specific company. Again, I’m biased. Thanks for the article.
