Australia has done it again- home of some extremely talented real estate videographers, PlatinumHD.tv’s recent property video created for NEO Property has captured traditional media’s attention.
The Sydney Morning Herald (SMH) featured an entire article about the property video after it was sent to 100 of NEO Property’s clients.
By watching the video, you’ll instantly understand why it has not only gone viral (as dubbed by the SMH), but there are extremely diverse reactions to the property video (this video is not likely safe for younger or sensitive eyes, you have been warned):

Should they be praised or rebuked? How about “ignored”?

The job of a production company is to produce. Praised or rebuked? What a stupid question. That’s like asking about an intersection’s direction.
You get far worse on daytime soap. Next time. I’ll throw in two girls kissing and maybe a wardrobe malfunction. But then we’d be accused of being unoriginal because that’s already been done at The Superbowl and The MTV awards. Stunned.

LOL! Brett, your response suggests you’re feeling as sensitive as ever. I don’t care what anyone says, you guys at Platinum are the dog’s bollocks. Always enjoy viewing your work.

“Sex sells” just about every other product out there… why is real estate off limits? … It is, what is… can you imagine what the open house will be like?..

Is this anything like some of the countries where news anchors perform topless? It’s a strange way to sell real estate…or news..

Sex does sell, but it’s easy to go too far with it. The naked body was a bit of a distraction when you’re trying to see the property in the video. I remember reading news about a developer in China that included a women along with the purchase of a condo. It certainly worked out for them, but I think it puts a name to the industry. How about just throwing an after-party included in the purchase price, depending on the client, male/female strippers on me?

Girls (and dudes) in bikinis have been selling every possible product forever. Is Real Estate someone ‘above this sort of display of vulgarity’.
