Well thanks folks! I appreciate all the kind words and wishes. It’ll be a couple of weeks before the state bureaucratic wheels finish spinning and we’re fully separated from the C21 mothership.
Starting a new brokerage in this market may seem silly to some, but it’s the right time for us.
Much more to come!

Congratulations Jay…I can’t think of a better time to take that step forward. I look forward to the website makeover…sorry to remind you about that but it will all be worth it. Great thing with the name of course is that your URL will still be in play.

Jay… I wish you all the best. Really.
I don’t know much about C21… but, I wonder if you checked out Keller Williams? I know of a number of big companies that decided, eventually, to build their company within the infrastructure of KW due to the excellent models, mastermind groups, training, etc. etc.
Keller Williams is phenomenal in allowing and actually supporting you in so many ways to “build your company” within their infrastructure…
One guy that has done this is Pat Hiban (www.pathiban.com) … his “company” turns over $200 million a year. When you’re that size you can do what you want… so, ask yourself, why does he stay with Keller Williams? I have many more examples. I bet Gary Keller himself would love to talk to you about your decision!

Looks like I’m late to the party on this one. I’m psyched for you both to begin this thing and I’m looking forward to seeing what comes next from you. Best wishes for success from Columbus.
