One millionth dollar
Today, the CondoDomain real estate brokerage has announced that they have surpassed their one millionth dollar in commission rebates.
This information is so new that their website’s rebate ticker doesn’t even know yet!
We wrote about CondoDomain earlier this year and examined their approach toward real estate, calling it “traditional meets sexy” relying on agent’s to be experts in their 1×1 mile area of condos, centralizing their marketing and document flow, and offering rebates as a client thank you retention tool rather than as a draw.

Hey Lani – thanks again for the coverage. We hope to have more positive news in Q2 regarding the company and like kind companies who are operating similar business models such as ours. It certainly has not been easy operating with a smaller margin than our competitors, but we are starting to really experience economies of scale. Stay tuned. 🙂
