The Arizona Republic covers the top headlines of the day for December 25, 2008 with the top headline featuring Russell Shaw of Phoenix, Arizona. Apparently, bridge burning is the top headline of the day, please see the above image in its full size.
Russell has been an Associate Broker with John Hall & Associates since 1978 and ranks in the top 1% of all agents in the U.S. Most recently The Wall Street Journal recognized the Top 200 Agents in America, awarding Russell # 25 for number of units sold. Russell has been featured in many books such as, "The Billion Dollar Agent" by Steve Kantor and "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent" by Gary Keller and has often been a featured speaker for national conventions and routinely speaks at various state and local association conventions. Visit him also at nohasslelisting.com and number1homeagent.com.
Russell, you are a gentleman, a scholar, a fine graphics artist, one of the funniest guys I’ve ever met, and one of the best human beings I’ve ever had the privilege to meet.
I gonna go out on a limb here, I bet over time, with thoughtful consideration, respectful perspective and genuine courtesy you’ve built thousands if not tens of thousands of un-burnable bridges. Bridges that will take you everywhere you care to go.
Like I said in another post, real estate doesn’t allow you maximum usage of your fullest potential. You should consider getting into comedy writing for TV or Movies..LOL..
I can only imagine how you felt but two days have passed and I’m sure you’re planning on building NEW bridges. You’re a very funny, blunt, and Straight Arrow soul…
@ines I have met him, and after one dinner out, my sides hurt so hard from laughing that it covered over the pain of embarrassment. I met our waitress at a dinner a month later and she wanted to know where my “father” was…. He’s very memorable!

Silly me – I just discovered last night why you were burning bridges. So much happens when you take a few days off.
A great ending to the old year, burn a few bridges and never look back.
