June’s AgentGenius supporters in the spotlight

We would like to thank you

Please help us thank our partners and advertisers that allow us to continue bringing you dedicated real estate news, technology tips, marketing advice and industry commentary. You can see all of our advertisers and sponsors throughout this site, and we would like to highlight a few of them now:

DwellAgent

Born out of frustration from fellow Realtors, DwellAgent was created to remove the learning curve, so they now offer real estate professionals their web-based application that integrates the agent website as well as single property websites.

They offer both branded and non-branded virtual tours, IDX Property Search and your blog in one single and easy to manage package.

IDXcentral

Because not all IDX widgets function properly on your website, IDXCentral has customized IDX integration for the WordPress platform and even offers some site customization.

IDXCentral offers some pretty cool add ons to their product such as featured listings, neighborhood widgets, and a testimonial widget to help your real estate website function better than ever.

RealtySitesPlus

Also developed by a successful (and still practicing) top producing Realtor, RealtySitesPlus was founded as the professional option to the piecemeal do-it-yourself options that some agents don’t have time for.

RealtySitesPlus is a turnkey product that manages your listings, builds feature sheets and manages a lot of the pipeline building and upkeep that agents toil over so that you can focus on what’s important in your practice (practicing real estate rather than being a coder or tech specialist).

SmarterAgent

Mobile real estate application company, SmarterAgent allows your consumers to search for listings, all framed with your information, logo and contact data so that the phone rings to you directly.

You can even put an app downloader right on your website for people to use on their iPhone, Palm, Android or BlackBerry. SmarterAgent even offers educational webinars for agents to catch up on mobile technology training.

Partnering

If you are interested in seeing your company’s name in lights above, check out our advertising page. We don’t just partner with anyone with a wallet- we are hyper sensitive to the health of the real estate industry and maybe we see things through rose colored glasses, but we’re highly selective about who we allow to be featured on our site. Think your company can make the cut? Contact us today.

A post about advertisers – great! As if the ads all over your site are not enough. Just sayin. :p

I still love you guys! I just hate ads… they are everywhere online and it’s just too much sometimes. At least all of yours are relevant to agents 🙂

Hey Fred — you a non-profit yourself, or just don’t like the way others choose to put food on the table? Just askin’. 🙂

Like it or not, advertising pays to support this site. So unless you want to move to a paid subscribership, I don’t see anything wrong with (a) ads on the site or (b) giving them a shout-out once in a while.

I’ve been reading this site for a long time, and this is the first time I remember seeing a post like this. I don’t know if it’s happened before. But it is not so frequent that it bothers me at all. Just skim it and move on.

I actually read the post earlier today and clicked thru to a site I might not have clicked on before.

BawldGuy – I don’t mind the ads here – I just thought writing a post about them was silly, since they are on the sidebar for anyone to see. Everyone should make money – I have no problem with that… You’ve seen my website – you know I am not non-profit – smart ass :p

I’m a smart ass? Guilty as charged.

I think that “featuring ” someone that is willing to support this content and discussions that follow it, is not only fine but needed. Why should they not get a little pub for that? Do sites like the Huffington Post and WSJ run on …. love??? I have featured several sites in CRE on AG and not ONE paid a penny !!!

For AG to continue to bring such a diversity of interesting topics and conversations to the readers for free (as opposed to other online options), the support of these vendors is crucial. And I don’t mean their support of AG, but OUR support (as the AG community at large) of THEM is crucial. We thank them for their support and any way we can help give back to them is a way to insure that AG is around for a long long time. Thanks to them and to BENN and LANI for continuing to bring us such a great site!
