One of Twitter’s flaws
One of the major flaws of Twitter and sometimes Facebook is that finding information from the past can be difficult and at times impossible. Twitter only allows you to search two weeks in the past and if you open a user’s Twitter page and scroll to the bottom, it won’t often go back in time further than a year, so even manually seeking tweets is tedious.
What if a client said something you forgot to document or maybe they wrote a glowing comment about you? What if you yourself said something you need to go back in time to find? Often, you’re out of luck, especially if you’re not archiving your social network updates.
Enter SocialSearching which allows you to select from Facebook or Twitter and sign in with the respective service to get started. Problem solved!
