google alerts now available on rss

Fighting Bulky Inboxes With RSS

Google Alerts are a way to tell Google what terms (like your name, business or neighborhood) you want to know when they’re mentioned online. You can have it emailed to you as it happens or daily, but it’s a great reputation management tool.

The problem is, I personally get about 100 emails per week based on all of the keywords I’m following, but Google has created an option for reading your alerts via RSS feed for your chosen terms which is a great time saver.
