Task2Gather – simple iPhone app helps teams manage to-do lists

Dead simple app

With all of your tasks, subtasks and projects in one place that syncs with the free desktop app, the iPhone Task2Gather app helps share your team to-do list across the office, including due dates, notes and reminders that help to boost productivity.

The app has push notifications for any new task or comment added, organizes tasks and subtasks, offers commenting on tasks by any team member, and tracks priority levels, due dates, start dates, time, length and status of any task. On the app online, it offers calendar subscriptions, reports on tasks, personalized tags, filters, and more.

With the rise of the virtual office, email isn’t always the best way to communicate with a team, especially with individuals that rely on their iPhones and need prompts from time to time to complete transaction tasks. This is one productivity tool that keeps everyone on the same page and tracks progress in an easy to view format.

I'm looking for a good PC based program that will help me manage tasks and transactions for a team – what does everyone use here? I would like the following:

    * Manage tasks or transaction within a team.
    * Allow all team members to see the updates and status in real time
    * Assign tasks to team members and have that team member or others “sign off” on the task.
    * Provide reports and tracking of tasks or transactions
