For its service given to home sellers in America, Prudential was named the JD Powers award recipient for the highest overall satisfaction for home sellers. For home buyers, Prudential ranked second in the nation.
National real estate brokerage Prudential ranked especially well with home sellers in the categories of satisfaction for the quality of customer service given by the agents as well as real estate company marketing.
“Prudential has great marketing tools & training for the local offices. It comes as no surprise that home sellers selected Prudential as the tops!” said Albuquerque Realtor, Ashley Drake Gephart with Prudential Sandia Real Estate.
“Among both home buyers and home sellers, the importance of agents and salespersons has increased substantially in 2010, compared with 2009,” said Jim Howland, senior director of the real estate and construction practice at J.D. Power and Associates. “Despite the fact that selling agents appear to be doing a good job of negotiating and marketing on behalf of home sellers, the tough economic conditions are negatively impacting their overall satisfaction with real estate companies.”
Real estate blogger Tom Royce said, “we expect to see lots of the their ads featuring the gold seal of the JD Powers endorsement.”
