Robot Workshop expansion
Recently named in the 60 Genius Brands to watch in 2012, Robot Workshop is already making moves this year, announcing their Neighborhood Suggester tool will soon be featured in Denver Metrolist’s marketplace of vendors, with rumors that several other MLSs and associations are in talks with the company to offer their suite of tools to members.
Neighborhood Suggester by Robot Workshop helps web buyers choose and evaluate neighborhoods based on their vibe – up and coming hip hoods versus pet friendly suburbs. Participating agents get a Facebook page widget and a website widget, and “Neighborhood Suggester uses a slick drag-and-drop interface to help users find their ideal neighborhood. This is the perfect complement to your IDX page. Neighborhood Suggester is a great way to drive traffic to your site, and to educate and engage your visitors,” says Denver Metrolist.
Denver Metrolist is known for being highly selective of vendors, therefore have few products they have vetted and offered to members. “Their agents trust the vetting process that Metrolist does, and they feel confident doing business with us,” Robot Workshop Founder, Seth Siegler told AGBeat. “And Metrolist gains value in the eyes of their agents, by offering the Marketplace as a convenience.”
We will be watching as more MLSs, boards and brokerages pick up Robot Workshop’s products as complements to their existing tools including Neighborhood Suggester for Facebook and websites as well as IDX Robot.
