Darn You to Heck, Twitter! Enter Eluma…

new tool eluma.com

I LOVE Twitter I do. The friendships it’s created the ability to interact and to share have all been incredibly valuable. However, as of late Twitter has been suffering and limping along. We’ve all been griping about it, but what is one to do? You get what you pay for… They’ll fix it.

In the interim I found a quick fix for all of us who are jonesing on Twitter. I have only played with it a bit and it’s not a “great” option, but it’s better IMHO than Plurk.com which I still haven’t bought into. Here is a quick video on how to tie in FriendFeed.com (which I love) with a desktop update using www.Eluma.com.

Nice tool but do you think the name resonates like ‘plurk’?
BTW Do you think the math gateway to the comment is stolen from ‘Are You Smarter then a Fifth Grader?’

One additional comment: the graphic at the header of this post looks like “eluna.com” to me. It is indeed eluma.com as stated in the body of the article. 🙂

@ Bill – Heh, yea. Probably the 1st grade section of that show. 🙂

I was plurking yesterday and it just doesn’t grab me. Of course, I did not like Twitter at first either.
