Drinkle brings your business to one central place
Throughout the day, we toggle through multiple programs; email, spreadsheets, calendars, and meeting notes. Wouldn’t it be nice to check all of these things with one program? Drinkle offers one solution. Drinkle pools task, lead, and stock management, along with spread sheets, discussions and user limitations together to provide a centralized hub to manage your business tasks.
Task management allows you to create new projects and invite members of the project to join. You can then assign them different tasks and discuss each task with members. Drinkle also gives you a gateway to set user limitations so you can limit users’ ability to access certain modules. This allows you to change permission easily, if the terms of your project change, or if someone quits.
You can also address team and client issues through the discussion module. Every task, project, spreadsheet, and note, have their own activity board where you can discuss any relevant items with your team members and clients. This allows you to remain engaged with your content without leaving it. You do not have to toggle between a project and email.
Create tables with columns and use them to store any data that relates to your projects, like passwords and problems with the spreadsheet module. There is also a module to manage your stocks; simply add different products, services, or even purchases you have made and their stock balance and you will be able to instantly see and manage what you need, when you need it. Also, lead management is simplified through the lead module allowing you to organize your incoming leads by adding them to the system with name, contact details, and request information.
One of the first things you will probably notice is the Drinkle design contains animation and graphics to keep you from getting bored while completing routine tasks. The application has also been given a great deal of speed capacity because a slow application means slower business.
Drinkle is current in private beta, but you can still sign up for beta access.
