Anyone who has worked in the real estate industry for more than five seconds knows the critical importance and financial benefit of tracking mileage but it’s an annoying task for many.

I use VehiCal (free) for iPhone. I can keep track of mileage, repair costs, and gas. You can email the data to yourself every month for import into your desktop.
There are apps that gives you this option. I use for example “aidoo mobile” (aidoo-mobile.com). This app helps me with navigating to my clients and keeps track of mileage. and there are also other options.
