Well, as the saying goes, everyone’s gotta live somewhere. Why not live on these mean streets (proceed or bleed, indeed!). After all, isn’t the point of being famous is, er, being famous. So, Gwen, which one of these streets is your address on?

I should be that rich, Ken! I live in Rock ‘n Roll Laurel Canyon, the historical Rock mecca for music pioneers such as The Mamas and the Papas, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, Frank Zappa, Donovan, Joanie Mitchell, Judy Collins, Jim Morrison, various Beatles, Julian Lennon, the Beastie Boys, Red Hot Chili Peppers, just to name a few.
My winding canyon street is Wonderland, famous for Jim Morrison’s suicide attempt off a balcony, and the Wonderland murders that involved porn star John Holmes, famous for his large “asset” (The film about the incident stars Val Kilmer and is called Wonderland.) If you ever see the film Laurel Canyon, starring Frances McDormand, you’ll probably see me in the background screaming, “Get the hell out of my way – I’m late for a listing appointment”…just before I flash the Peace sign. We’re a bunch of ex-hippie-turned-yuppies up here – and we’re proud of it. No pot of gold…but a lot of pot…I hear 🙂

“LA’s Sherlock of Homes”? I like your slogan. Have you seen the movie, “I love you man”? If you haven’t I don’t want to give anything away. But the main character is a real estate agent whose friend tries to help him out in an unexpectedly funny way.

That movie was hysterical, Anthony – thanks for the reminder. I can only dream to be that great an agent! 🙂
