To offer full disclosure, I am an Apple fanboy since 2006. Using Mac computers has made my day to day life as an agent much easier.
Apple continues its success because of the culture in infrastructure that Steve left behind. Steve had learned much in the years he spent in exile from Apple. The singular focus he brought to great customer experience and great customer service is why Apple is such a success story.
