Inexpensive wall safe alternative for nervous listing clients

Every Realtor has come across a listing client that is skiddish about strangers in their house. It’s perfectly natural for anyone to feel nervous about leaving their valuables in discoverable locations and not all clients have the money for a safe deposit or wall vault.

As an agent, knowing some tricks of the trade to help ease the minds of those nervous about listing their home could be a great help.

There is now a simple and inexpensive hidden wall safe on the market that looks like a wall outlet and claims to be very simple to install.

ThinkGeek.com says, “According to the Chicago Police these units are better than a locked safe and a hundred times cheaper.”

The set comes with a cutout saw and template for installation and if it doesn’t match the other outlet covers, any homeowner can interchange it with a standard plug cover to make it match.

Click here to check out the Hidden Wall Safe from ThinkGeek.com for $7.99.
