Social search fatigue
We admit it, we have social search fatigue. We have heard about so many startups that claim to revolutionize the way we search, but none quite hit the nail on the head. Greplin changes all of that- after $4.7 million in funding, they’ve engineered their way into our hearts.
It is a common occurrence that we hear in the office, “I had that conversation but I can’t remember where… it was either email or Twitter. Or maybe Facebook. Dang.”
In steps Greplin which will index and search all of your networks and allow you one place to search all of your networks, not just general search of everyone’s networks.
The video above demonstrates how the service works and we have high hopes for the service that actually solves a problem rather than creates a fun tool. That is the cornerstone of real innovation.
Fun fact: Greplin’s CEO is Daniel Gross who was Y-Combinator’s first ever Israeli entrepreneur and it all started when Gross was only 18.
The American Genius is news, insights, tools, and inspiration for business owners and professionals. AG condenses information on technology, business, social media, startups, economics and more, so you don’t have to.

This is wicked awesome for documentation – you know that day is coming when someone says "she promised x."

Exactly! I find it difficult to remember whether I said something on Twitter or FB and if someone else did as well.
