Referral network
We’ve seen a LOT of online referral networks over the years and most are cheesy, smarmy and promise the moon and the stars to a hungry real estate professional crowd. ReferralAgreement.com stands out by being a simple online referral network that is easy to scan, easy to use, has a free option and they’re not beating you over the head to upsell you.
The new network is hovering at the 7,000 member mark and have only been around for 18 months – they tell AGBeat.com they are enjoying steady growth and will be announcing various partnerships and tools for 2012 to accelerate their expansion to help agents in their network to see more leads. As a new site, saturation is most successful in hot real estate markets and rural areas will follow. We really like the culture of the team, and they make it clear on their about page that they are a small yet growing network. “We believe that you should know what you are getting when you join. We want you to know that we are working hard to add agents so you will have someone to send you clients to.” No fluff, no lies, just a young, growing network. We like that honest approach.
What initially struck us about the site is that they aren’t selling you DVDs about how to use Twitter, they’re not trying to mail you a pamphlet on how to answer your phone, or emailing you daily spam pressuring you to sign on your agent friends, no, they keep it simple and do the task of being a referral network rather than Relator trainers which is the trap vendors frequently fall into.
Another attractive and telling part of the service is that before you even search for agents, you must agree to their zero tolerance policy for unprofessionalism. In order to even see other agents to refer to, you must agree to the following:
“At ReferralAgreement.com, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy in affect for unprofessional agents. We require honesty, integrity, reliability, and professionalism on every transaction, from every agent. If you encounter a problem with an agent on our site, notify us immediately and we will investigate the claim. We will remove agent from our site and block them from all future access, should they not honor the referral fee and treat your referral with the utmost respect and professionalism.”
ReferralAgreement.com says the free membership will stay free forever and agents can list themselves in up to three cities with a basic profile and access the search function of the network. Premium memberships are currently $72 per year (or $360 for a lifetime… that’s not a typo) to be listed in 6 (yearly) or 10 (lifetime) cities, access to the search network, and a complete customizable profile with the agent’s photo, website, and more.

I think the link to their site is broken. Took me to a different AG article. Maybe it's just me that's broken.
