I'm looking for a good PC based program that will help me manage tasks and transactions for a team – what does everyone use here? I would like the following:
* Manage tasks or transaction within a team.
* Allow all team members to see the updates and status in real time
* Assign tasks to team members and have that team member or others “sign off” on the task.
* Provide reports and tracking of tasks or transactions
