The latest newcomers to REach are pretty rad
The National Association of Realtors (NAR) REach program just got even cooler. The accelerator added nine more innovative technology companies to its 2017 class.
Two of these in particular, Adwerx and immoviewer, both have unique, cutting edge solutions that could change the game in the real estate industry.
REach isn’t your typical startup accelerator
The program not only shares NAR’s expert industry knowledge with early to mid-stage companies, but also gives them access to NAR’s influence and powerful relationships, helping these companies skyrocket into the real estate, home services, financial services, banking and insurance industries. REach is run by Second Century Ventures, a NAR-backed technology fund with over a million members and a downright formidable track record of launching portfolio companies into these industries.
With that kind of value prop, it’s no wonder REach had a record number of applications this year.
2017 REach
All kinds of innovative companies were eager to snag a coveted spot in the program, but only nine were selected for this momentous opportunity.
While all nine in this new batch are impressive and promising, we’re especially excited about two of them, Adwerx and immoviewer, and we just have to share how awesome they are.
Adwerx might just be the next generation of real estate advertising. Tailored specifically to the needs or real estate brokers, agents and listings, the company provides hyper-targeted, localized online advertising, and recently added marketing automation to its cost-effective suite of solutions. With that kind of technology in their pockets, real estate professionals can move beyond billboards and meet prospective homebuyers where they are: online. With Adwerx they can launch ads that really put their names on the map.
Physical home tours are becoming old-fashioned with the advent of 360 degree virtual tours. Real estate professionals and homebuyers alike will go bananas over immoviewer’s software, which provides 3D virtual tours. The company is the market leader in Europe for 3D virtual tour technology, so it’s likely to pack quite a punch in the US as well.
Fun for everyone
This exciting new talent isn’t just great news for REach, but real estate professionals too — they’ll be able to combine the power of their expertise with groundbreaking technology and start selling homes like hotcakes.
