The “Don’t Fit In Formula”- Three Must Have Traits

I’m thinking we don’t need to be misfits, we do need to Be Passionate about our convictions (and open minded).

Two more things to think about…

Once it happens, you can only compete on price.  Who ever charges the least can stand the most pain, wins.  Being mediocre a commodity sucks completely. Be Extraordinary.

If we want people to believe in us, we must Be Trustworthy leaders.

People don’t hire or refer followers.

The Don’t Fit-In Formula:

Be Passionate + Be Extraordinary + Be Trustworthy = Success

That is all.
