Yotpo uses Mail After Purchase (MAP) as their way to get customers to write reviews about a product and a site. This tool comes with a variety of features that work to interact with customers.

Requests for reviews are automatically sent to customers through Yotpo soon after they have made a purchase. Each review request is completely customizable.

MAP works in mobile, so customers can post a review anywhere and anytime, using any device. With the review request, there is an area at the bottom for upselling, which has been found to increase lifetime customer value and loyalty.

The review request is made as simple as possible with a one-page, one-step process that is nine times more success than more complex review requests. It’s done through the email, and takes virtually no time for the customer.
