Many take to Indeed as a way to search for a new job. Indeed is now saying, “Hey, here are the jobs that are the best this year.”
In a recent post to Indeed Career Guide, the job searching giant categorized the top 25 jobs of 2024. A job being the “best” is based on examination of salary and flexibility as well as an opportunity for growth (looking at the percentage change year over year) and availability.

The research from Indeed found that the demand for mental health professionals continues increasing, with nearly 50 million Americans reporting experiencing mental illness between 2022 and 2023. Overall healthcare (including mental health roles) is the leader in terms of salary, with psychiatrist, loan officer, medical director, psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner, and senior engineer leading in wages.
