I actually think health insurance needs to be #1 for real estate companies to offer associates. If it wasn’t provided under my wife’s employer then I would be in trouble since a family of four needs coverage at least once a month!
I do have a B.A., but I do not feel that having a college degree should be mandatory for real estate agents.

A bachelors degree should be mandatory. There should be no more “sales associate” and “broker” divisions. All professionals should be a “broker” and possess a degree, but not necessarily in “real estate.”
