While everyone is out searching for the magic bullet that makes business easy, a growing group of real estate professionals know better and have devoted themselves to busting their humps to do their best. The National Association of Realtors’ Young Professionals Network (YPN) is expanding across the nation and has become the ultimate resource for professionals looking to get ahead.
To learn more about how the YPN functions, what their core mission is, how they are changing, and why there are no age limits, we talked to leaders of the group to dig deeper into the subject.
Our main takeaway is that these leaders and many others would have become burnt out, under-performed, or down right quit the biz if they weren’t involved in the YPN. That’s a powerful notion, that one organization has kept respected leaders in the industry enthusiastic about their careers and changed the very trajectory they were on.
Take a 15 minute break to meet YPN:
As mentioned in the video above, you’re invited to continue this conversation or to ask questions – this group is well known for brutal honesty, so if you have a burning inquiry about YPN, they’ll be honest with you. Check out the YPN website, or connect with our guests online:
– Philip Becker on Twitter or on his website
– Bobbi Howe on Twitter or on her website
– Rob Reuter via email or on the YPN website
If you’re going to the 2015 REALTORS® Conference & Expo in San Diego from November 13-16, Rob invited you in the video above to attend the YPN Work Group as well as the YPN Meet-Up. It’s a great time to get to know the organization both professionally and socially and consider whether or not you would like to be involved, and at what level (plus, asking questions over a drink can be less intimidating).
