On the market?
Looking to buy a summer home? Always wanted an East coast downtown kind of vibe for your pad? How about the White House?
Zillow listed the mega mansion at around 379.9 million dollars on their site. Obviously it’s not actually for sale, but let’s play pretend. If you’ve got a little under four hundred million dollars to spare, how about grabbing up this cute little house?
But what about the dimensions?
At 55,000 sq ft across six floors, there’s room for just about everyone. With 16 bedrooms you could house a sizeable chunk of your family and friends. There’s 35 bathrooms, so you wouldn’t even need to share if you really needed some alone time. The top two floors are reserved as a private living area, so you could also quarantine yourself there as needed.
If you’re a workout junkie but outside isn’t really your thing, enjoy a tennis court, basketball court, and fitness center. Did I mention there’s a bowling alley? There are 132 rooms total.

In addition to these sporty activities, the White House has a music room, game room, sun room, and giant library. If you feel like playing store, the house contains flower and carpenter shops, as well as a doctor’s office. Other cool features include an elevator, because why not? Don’t forget the 40-seat theater, which ensures that you really never need to leave.
Love entertaining?
Living in the White House means you can make people come to you. The kitchen is equipped to serve up to 140 people, and as Zillow notes very specifically, hors d’oevres for over 1000 guests. In case you were concerned your giant dinner party wouldn’t be giant enough.
Maybe you’re not looking to buy. How about renting the White House instead? Zillow estimates you would have to throw down over two million per month to rent the place. Though, as Zillow so helpfully points out, the White House is off the market.
This would be a great time to start saving for your dream house. Maybe by the time you scrounge up the money, the White House will be on the public market. Alternately, get ready to campaign in 2020.
